  • Personally Identifiable Information: Sophrosyne will collect and store personal information, including Your Name, Age, Gender, Height, Body weight, Mailing Address, Contact Numbers, Email and Medical History (hereinafter referred to as "PERSONAL DATA").
  • Health Vital Information: Sophrosyne shall also have access to the health vitals data such as ECG, SpO2, Skin Temperature, Respiration rate and body activity (hereinafter referred to as "HEALTH DATA").
    • This PERSONAL DATA and HEALTH DATA allow our system to prepare a medical report for a qualified medical practitioner to use for diagnosis. We will store Your data for Your future requirements, such as providing access to a qualified medical practitioner you consult.
    • Authorized Sophrosyne staff will also have access to this PERSONAL DATA and HEALTH DATA to contact users, ensure the proper functioning of the device and application, and address issues related to the relay and storage of HEALTH DATA.
    • We will also collect the Contact Number, Email, and Details of the Hospital of the qualified medical practitioner You are consulting to provide them with access to Your HEALTH DATA.
  • Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We automatically collect some information when You visit our Site. This may include information such as the Operating System (OS) running on Your device, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type, and language, and the website you visited before our Site. We also collect information about how You use our products or services.
    • Sophrosyne may also collect non-personal information about the user whenever you access or interact with our Application or any of the related services. This includes but is not limited to browser name, version, server location, device specific information such as the type of device used, users’ operating system and version, your mobile device's unique device ID, third party apps or services that referred users to our Application, language preference, means of connection to our Application and services location information, internet service providers, IP address, technical information and other similar information about you.

  • Sophrosyne RPMS App Location Services: With Your permission, background location permission allows the Sophrosyne RPMS Application along with Bluetooth to determine the location of your health device. Location Services allows the Sophrosyne RPMS application to determine the current location of your health device to be able to communicate with it. For example, the application might use your location data to find and connect with the health device. The Sophrosyne RPMS application does not communicate Your location details with Third-Party Applications or Advertisement providers.

    • We may use Your PERSONAL DATA and HEALTH DATA to prepare a medical report for a qualified medical practitioner to use for diagnosis.

    • We may use non-identifiable data, such as height, weight, and gender, along with Health records for research and to improve our software. We may also share this data with research institutions or companies under confidentiality agreements for the same purpose.
    • We may use Your personal information to prevent or take action against activities that are in breach of the Sophrosyne User Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and any applicable laws.

You hereby authorize Sophrosyne and its third-party service providers to collect, use, store, and analyze the information related to your use of the Platform for data analysis and to improve Your experience.
    • Sophrosyne is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or services of these third parties. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party service you access.
    • Our Site may, from time to time, contain links to and from other websites of third parties. Please note that if you follow a link to any of these websites, such websites will apply different terms to the collection and privacy of your personal data and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.     • This Website incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks, in order to allow easy sharing on your favorite social networks.
