We are seeking a talented Analog Circuit Designer to lead the development of next-generation health monitoring SoCs. Key Responsibilities

Design, simulate, and optimize ultra-low-power, low-noise analog blocks: LDOs, Bandgap References, Bias Circuits, CCIA / IA, Oscillators, ADC interfaces, and Active Filters.
Develop AFE architectures for biomedical signal acquisition (ECG, PPG, Temperature, Respiration).
Perform schematic-level simulations (Spectre, AFS, Monte Carlo, Noise, PVT, Corner, and Mismatch).
Work closely with layout engineers to ensure matching, parasitic, and reliability optimization.
Participate in post-layout verification (LVS/RCX/PEX) and design sign-off.
Collaborate with system and digital teams for integration, top-level verification, and testing.
Contribute to test-chip definition, lab validation, and debug (bench bring-up, ATE characterization).
Maintain thorough documentation of design methodology, verification plan, and simulation results.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews, architecture discussions, and innovation/IP generation.

Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
Strong knowledge of CMOS analog design fundamentals — op-amps, current mirrors, biasing, reference circuits, OTA design, common-mode feedback, chopper stabilization, etc.
Proven expertise in LDO/BGR/IA/ADC front-end design in low-voltage (≤ 1.2 V) processes.
Experience with Spectre, Virtuoso, ADE XL/ADE Assembler, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with Calibre DRC/LVS/PEX, Corner/Mismatch analysis, and layout-aware design.
Exposure to noise analysis, offset cancellation, and chopper techniques for precision analog.
Good understanding of low-power and low-voltage design trade-offs.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Passion for medical, wearable, or ultra-low-power sensor systems.

Preferred / Plus Points

Experience with ΔΣ ADC, AFE architecture for ECG/PPG, or bio-signal conditioning circuits.
Understanding of SoC integration, mixed-signal verification, or test-chip bring-up.
Knowledge of TSMC/GlobalFoundries 65 nm LP / 40 nm LP design environment.
Familiarity with lab measurements, PCB bring-up, and debugging analog IPs.
Prior experience in biomedical, sensor, or wearable IC design startups or R&D labs.

We are seeking an Embedded Systems Intern to support the development of our wearable health-monitoring platform. In this role, you will collaborate with a seasoned team of experts in semiconductors, biomedical engineering, and AI—driving innovations at the intersection of electronics and healthcare. You will gain hands-on experience building complete wearable prototypes, including firmware, hardware, BLE connectivity, and app integration. This internship offers an opportunity to work inside a MedTech–semiconductor startup developing next- generation ECG/PPG-based products

Key Responsibilities

Write and debug C/C++ firmware for low-power MCUs (STM32 / Nordic / similar).
Bring-up and interface with ECG, PPG, IMU, temperature sensors, flash, and BLE modules.
Implement data acquisition, basic filtering and streaming of signals over BLE/UART.
Work closely with mobile app developers to define BLE services/characteristics.
Ensure reliable data transfer from device → app (Android/iOS) and support end-to-end testing.
Assist in schematic design for ECG patch / watch / ring prototype boards.
Help with component selection, BoM, basic checks (pin mapping, power rails, decoupling).
Support board bring-up: power-on tests, programming, basic measurements with scope/DMM
Run functional tests (sensors, BLE, power).
Document firmware, schematics and BLE protocol for internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE / EEE / Instrumentation / Biomedical (ongoing or recent)
Good in embedded C/C++ and basics of microcontrollers, peripherals, interrupts, timers.
Basic electronics knowledge (op-amps, ADCs, regulators, digital interfaces)
Worked with at least one MCU dev board (STM32 / ESP32 / Arduino / similar)
Familiarity with any schematic tool (KiCad / Altium / OrCAD / Eagle)
