Manish Srivastava is a researcher at heart, driven by a passion for solving complex technological challenges through innovative thinking. Holding a Ph.D. in Biosensors from University College Cork, Ireland, Manish has extensive experience in semiconductor design and biomedical applications. Before founding Sophrosyne, he led the development of cutting-edge Analog design solutions for smart devices during his tenures at Synopsys, Qualcomm, and STMicroelectronics. His work has resulted in multiple patents and publications in renowned journals, covering topics such as biomedical sensor systems, on-chip magnetic tracking, and low-power circuit design. At Sophrosyne, he is focused on integrating biomedical sensors and AI-driven chip technologies to transform healthcare—enabling smarter, more accessible, and life-saving health monitoring solutions.

Jatin Gupta is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience in business strategy and operations across enterprise and consumer technology sectors. An alumnus of IIM Lucknow with an MBA in Finance and Marketing, Jatin has led multiple high-impact engagements in Go-to-Market design, business transformation, and revenue growth across India, United States other global markets. His professional journey includes roles at Deloitte, Dell Technologies, Micromax, STMicroelectronics, and BusinessNext, where he managed global revenue operations, developed market entry strategies, and drove product and pricing excellence for global businesses. At Sophrosyne, Jatin spearheads business strategy, finance, and commercial operations—bridging deep technology innovation with real-world healthcare needs.
